Immunis® Cytokeratin 18F EIA
In Vitro Diaginostic Reagent in Japan

Cytokeratin 18 fragment (CK-18F) is a marker associated with apoptosis¹; tests using this kit have shown that CK-18F levels are higher in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) than in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFL)².
“Immunis® Cytokeratin 18F EIA” is a reagent based on the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for measuring CK-18F in serum. It is used as an aid in the diagnosis of NASH by combining it with fibrosis markers. This kit is expected to enable the non-invasive and convenient screening of NASH cases that require a liver biopsy.
- Purpose Measuring human cytokeratin 18 fragment (CK-18F) in serum (as an aid in the diagnosis of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH))
-
Features
Diagnostic reagent used to aid in the diagnosis of NASH, based on a one-step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (EIA)
Effective for identifying high-risk cases of NASH, as it reflects ballooning degeneration, one of the hallmarks of NASH, and the NAFLD Activity Score (NAS), a pathological indicator of disease activity
Reaction time: 1.5 hours - Product Name Immunis® Cytokeratin 18F EIA
